Our apartments offer a wide variety of residences for the needs of both business and leisure travelers. All apartments are fully furnished. The apartments (luxury and standard) have a lounge/dining area, kitchen, bath and/or shower, washing machine, TV and CD/DVD player.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 2.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 4.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
6 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
