Locanda Beach Hotel ***Friendly and hospitable, located right next to the beach, this charming small hotel gives you a unique feeling of serenity and well-being. Locanda Hotel is situated only 5 minutes away from Zakynthos Town and only 200 metres away from the centre of Argasi Village, one the most busy resorts in Zakynthos and practically on the beach of Argasi. This is a small family hotel which is run by the owners themselves and this creates a very friendly and hospitable atmosphere. It is decorated with the personal care of the landlady who has mixed traditional Zakynthian antiques with modern comfortable utilities in bright colours. The traditional style, though, coexists peacefully with every possible modern convenience. The sea breeze alone, flowing through every window, is enough of a lure to make you leave city life behind. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
