Chalés dos Encantos has been designed to guarantee both outstanding comfort and ideal functionality to you. Its architecture is perfectly adapted to the local landscape, giving you the feeling of being part of the great outdoors.

The staff speaks Portuguese, Italian, French, German and Spanish. The facilities include 10 chalets, a restaurant, a pool and a wonderful beach.

You will find a restaurant with typical regional dishes and personal service in the chalets, at the beach, at the pool or at the bar.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged BRL 27.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
BRL 1.00 service charge per room per night is not included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
