Fair Acres Hotel ****Fair Acres Hotel, with its magnificent views across the Knysna lagoon and heads, offers stunning Garden Route accommodation. This luxury hotel is spectacularly located above Knysna, standing proudly on the mountainside overlooking the town. Fair Acres is located directly north of the famous Knysna Heads and at 80 meters above sea level it boasts some spectacular views of the lagoon, Leisure Isle, Thesen`s Island and the town of Knysna itself. The large grounds ensure privacy, while the tranquil surroundings offer the ideal place to relax. The restaurant`s meals are tastefully prepared and professionally presented by the hotel`s culinary team. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch and is open from 07h00 until 15h00. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Baby cots are not available. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 3 to 12 years is charged ZAR 245.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 13 to 18 years is charged ZAR 350.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included. Take the first road to your left into Voortrekker Road. Continue around the corner and drive up Thesen Hill. Turn left at top of the hill before road makes a bend into Bosbou Street which will take you onto the property of Fair Acres Manor. Directions from Plettenberg Bay (Port Elizabeth): N2 becomes the main road of Knysna, at the 5th traffic light turn right into Gray Street. Take the first road to your left into Fichat Street. Take the first road to your left into Voortrekker Road. Continue around the corner and drive up Thesen Hill. Turn left at top of the hill before road makes a bend into Bosbou Street which will take you onto the property of Fair Acres Manor. Knysna nestles on the banks of a beautiful lagoon in the heart of the ᾿Garden Route’ of South Africa. The town is surrounded by a paradise of lush forests, tranquil lakes and beautiful beaches, making it a real natural wonderland. Knysna is only a 35-minute drive from George airport, a 40-minute flight from Cape Town International Airport (shuttle service available from airport) or just over 4 1/2 hour`s drive by car.
