The Aparthotel Royal Neu is located in the heart of the Andorra region, in the middle of the Pyrenees mountains.

Situated between Canillo and Soldeu, you can enjoy the mountains and the nature. An ideal place for excursions or to practice some adventure sports. It is well situation for those wishing to sky as it is near the ski track of Gran Valira and just 800 metres away from Tarter.

Buffet breakfast from 08:00 to 10:00. Dinner buffet from 20:00 to 22:00. Bar and Cafeteria service throughout day.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 5 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the business centre and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.
Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 15.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

-The Aparthotel is located between Canillo and El Tarter a short distance after you pass a petrol station in Pessons.
