Booking cancellations due to road closures of any main route to Fox Glacier are subject to the following terms.
If the road reopens before 18:00 on the day of arrival then the normal cancellation terms and full charges apply.
If the road does not reopen on the day of arrival or after 18:00 then there will be no cancellation charges.
Please note reopening times and details will be only accepted from the NZTA (New Zealand Transport Agency).
