Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. By car: - Coming from Cape Town, follow the N2 in the direction of Lowry’s Pass. - Pass through Somerset West. - Turn right at the Gordon’s Bay/Kleinmond sign, then turn left. - Once in Gordon’s Bay, follow the signs marked Rooi Els/ R44 at the T-junction. - Follow the R44, a spectacular coastal road. - Within 15 minutes you will reach Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve. - Continue past Kogel Bay, pass Rooi Els and then turn right into Pringle Bay. - Continue another 2 km, until you reach the stop street. - Follow Hangklip Road for approximately 400 metres. - The guest house is on your right-hand side. Stroll along the nearby beach and watch Cape Otters, Sandpipers and Oyster Catchers in their natural habitat.
