All rooms have a balcony, many of which overlook the gardens. The outdoor restaurant offers a great à la carte menu. There is also a coffee and cigar bar. Other facilities at the guesthouse include an outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sun-bathing area. The Jumeirah Garden Guesthouse is a quick taxi ride away from the Mall of the Emirates, Palm Island and Souk Madinat. The white sandy beaches of Jumeirah are a 10-minute walk away. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 12 years is charged AED 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.
