Villa Gradac **

Villa Gradac is situated right out of the city walls of Dubrovnik (200 meters). This bed & breakfast offers a unique location perfect to explore the city, beaches and the sorroundings. Rooms are basic but the real gem is the garden outside of the property where guests can enjoy and relax in reach mediterranean vegetation

Only breakfast is offered in the villa. Breakfast is buffet style. If guests wish they can book half board when they come to the villa. They will get meal cupons for a variety of local restaurants where they can eat the rest of their meals.

Hotel is used as a student center during the school season and is transfered to bed & breakfast during the summer season and therefor open only in July and August. Hotel has 30 rooms on 3 floors. On the ground area there is also a reception desk, dining room for serving breakfast and a garden.
There are a few refrigerators located in the dining area where guests can store their suplies of drinks or food.
