From Cape Town International Airport

- Take the N2 in the direction of Somerset West.
- Follow the N2 until the Baden Powell/Stellenbosch exit and turn left onto the R310, direction of Stellenbosch.
- Continue on the R310, passing the Spier Wine Estate in the process, until you reach a T-junction (intersection with M12).
- Turn right in the direction of Stellenbosch and follow the road without turning off at 3 traffic lights.
- After the third traffic light the road feeds onto the R44.
- Follow it in a northerly (left) direction.
- Change onto the right-hand lane, passing one set of traffic lights.
- Turn right onto Merriman Avenue at the second traffic light.
- Continue up Merriman Avenue, passing 3 sets of traffic lights, until you reach a 4-way-stop (Bosman Street).
- Turn right onto Bosman Street at the 4-way stop.
- Turn left onto Victoria Street at the next intersection (mini roundabout).
- Labri Manor is on your right-hand side.

From Somerset West/N2 Eastbound:

- Follow the R44 in the direction of Stellenbosch.
- Once there, stay on the R44 until the turn-off onto Merriman Ave (Look out for a railway line on your left and large sports grounds on your right).
- Continue as described above.
