The all inclusive includes breakfast (7:30-10:00), lunch (12:00- 14:00) and dinner (18:00-21:00) in the main restaurant, 7 days a week. They are all served in buffet style. There is a possibility to book an `a la carte` dinner in the barbeque (reservation 24 hours in advance) once per week. Warm and cold snacks are served (10:00- 12:00) at the pool bar. Ñoffee, tee, and cakes(16:00-17:00) at the Cafe and (14:00-16:00) - pizza and spaghetti at the Beer Hall. Sample a variety of locally produced alcoholic drinks ( Bulgarian beer, whiskey, vodka, gin, brandy), hot and local soft drinks are offered free of charge at the Bier Hall, lobby bar, pool bar and BBQ from 10:00-23:00. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One child from 2 to 11 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One further child from 2 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 20 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
