Go under the railway bridge, turn right into BEACH ROAD, at the circle turn right, the EMPIRE building is on your right hand side. Goto the security lobby (right of KNEAD restaurant) The entrance to the underground parking is in Melrose Avenue behind the apartments.
From the N1 (National Highway 1) take the M5 South turnoff towards Muizenberg, then the N2 turnoff towards the City Centre, then the M3 South turnoff towards Muizenberg, follow the directions above.
