The following damage deposit must be paid on arrival, plus a 1% supplementary charge if paying with a credit card. The deposit is refundable in case that no damage has been produced:

-For Two-Bedroom apartment: EUR 300

- In case that the damages deposit is paid in cash, guests will have to pick up the refundable amount 1 day after departure at the BarcelonaForRent Diagonal Apartment`s office (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00)

- If the departure day is on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays before 9:00, the damages deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, with an extra cost of EUR 3 to EUR 8 depending on the transfer commission.
