This luxury bed and breakfast is set in an historic farmhouse on the edge of De Eese nature area. Its spacious suites and apartments have a private, furnished terrace and garden.

Apartments and suites at De Nijenshof feature a modern country-style décor. Each has a separate living room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. All bedrooms have box-spring beds.

Breakfast, including freshly squeezed orange juice and eggs from De Nijenshof’s chickens, is served daily in the communal breakfast area and lounge. Breakfast can also be served in the privacy of the guests’ room or on the private terrace. On Mondays and Fridays a fixed dinner menu can be arranged upon request. On other days guests can enjoy a Quiche Menu upon prior notification.

The Drents Friese Wold is within a 10-minute car journey of Erfgoedlogies De Nijenshof and the Weerribben-Wieden National Park is 20 km away. Giethoorn and Dwingeloo are 20 minutes away by car. Guests can make use of the free practice golf hole on site.
