The hotel will send an e-mail with a Paypal link about 1 month prior to the check-in date, and the guest must click the link and complete payment by credit card within 7 days after the email is sent. In case of a refund, the payment is refunded via Paypal.
After payment has been received, the hotel will email the security code for the apartment`s electronic lock. Guests should go directly to the hotel and use the code to enter.

EXCEPTION: For reservations made 3 or fewer days prior to arrival, the hotel will accept cash payments. The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in.
