Located 500 metres from Kintetsu Nara Train Station, the completely non-smoking Guest House Iki provides free Wi-Fi throughout and supports self-catering with its free-use kitchen. Opened in 2012, it offers air-conditioned Western, Japanese and dormitory-style rooms with a shower.

Kofuku-ji Temple is a 10-minute walk from the property, and Todai-ji Temple is 2 km away. Rental bicycles offer a fun way to explore the temples and city of Nara.

Dormitory rooms have Japanese-style futon bedding on bunk bed frames. Futon bedding is also used in the Japanese-style rooms, paired with a traditional tatami (woven-straw) floor.
