- Follow the N4 to Rustenburg, Swartruggens and then Zeerust;

From Johannesburg:

- Follow the R509 to Magaliesburg, Derby, Koster and Swartruggens;
- At Swartruggens, join the N4 to Zeerust.

From Zeerust:

- Turn right into President Street towards Gabarone Madikwe;
- Continue through small villages for 86 km and you will find the Abjaterskop gate on your right with flags and a big thatched roof;
- Inside the reserve follow the signs towards Derdepoort gate until you see the sign indicating you need to turn left to Etali;
- From here follow the Etali signs;
- Etali Safari Lodge is 36 km from the Abjatorskop gate.
