Holiday Home Almdorf Hohentauern ****This new luxury chalet is built from pinewood. It is 300 metres from the ski-lift on the Hohentauern Mountain Pass. The chalet s interior and exterior are wood and this creates a cosy atmosphere. The apartment has four bedrooms. a wooden veranda on three sides and a large open living room with plenty of natural light. There are many extras such as a power shower. a washing machine. dryer. ski-shoe dryer and a music system. There is an open fireplace and flat screen TV. All these contribute to the chalet s comfort. There is a dishwasher and microwave. This is an unspoilt walkers area in summer. In winter it is one of the best cross-country skiing areas in Austria. The 4th bedroom with bunk beds is suitable for children only. The beds are 1.85 long. This makes the house suitable for 6 adults and 2 children.Owing to continued development near the house. you may experience some noise in summer. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. -Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate.
