The surroundings of Swalmen have a rural character with many forests. and are perfect for cycling. hiking and horseback riding excursions. Dont miss a visit to Hillenraad Castle. This is one of the most beautiful water castles Limburg. an area rich in them. About 5 km away you will find the charming city of Roermond. with a rich cultural history. a charming shopping district and a unique location on the Maasplassen water sports area. The largest connected water sports area offers many options for swimmers. sailors. surfers and water skiers. Many excursions are possible from the city of Roermond.Real shopping enthusiasts can shop to their hearts content in the many boutiques of the popular Designer Outlet Centre.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
This amount will be returned in a maximum period of 14 days and has to be paid in cash.

-Please note that a final cleaning and mandatory fee of 175 EUR is not included in the price.

-Please note that bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests are required to rent a packet at the property for the rate of 12.50 EUR per person per stay.

-Bath towels are included in the rental price in case the guests rent the bed linen at the property.

-Kitchen linen are included in the rental price.

-Please note that the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged 40 EUR per night.
