This 19th century farmhouse is a few hundred metres from the Belgian border and is surrounded by attractive countryside. It is two kilometres from the village of Stamproy in the Province of Limburg. The holiday home is in grounds of around three hectares. It is at the end of a metalled road and adjoins lush green woods and meadows. The area is tranquil and perfect for relaxation. Children can play to their hearts content. There is a large open space in the middle of the house and you can sit around an open fireplace. The immediate area is excellent for walking and cycling. There are many picturesque towns nearby such as Thorn and Maaseik which are well worth visiting. The famous IJzeren Man (Iron Man) recreation area is not far.Cats are not allowed in this farmhouse.Smoking ist only permitted at the chimney and in the kitchen.At winter period you need to take into account higher heating bills.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. This amount is to be paid in cash and will be returned in a maximum period of 14 days.

-Kitchen linen are included in the rental price.

-Please note that bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests are required rent them at the property for 8 EUR per person per stay.

-Please note that bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for 5 EUR.

-Please note that the Gas/Oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption for the rate of 0.90 per liter.

-Please note that there is a possibility to purchase wood at the property for the rate of 7.50 EUR per set.
