From t Borghuis you literally walk straight into the forest. ideal for a treasure hunt or an educational walk. The bungalows are suited for 8 persons. The bungalows are located in a very woody area between Losser and Oldenzaal and at 7 km from the German border. As of 1st January reservations for our Group holiday accomodations will belong to a different set of booking conditions. Please inquire further by our reservations department. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of € 100 will be required upon arrival for damages. -Please note that bed linen (€ 6 p.p../Stay), kitchen linen (€ 4 p.p../Stay) and bath towels (€ 4 p.p../Stay) are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. -Please note that the electricity fee (€ 0,22/kWh), gas/oil (€ 0,60/m3), water fee (€ 3/m3) is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure.
