The building dates from around 1900 and served as a primary school and town hall. It is full of atmosphere. The accommodation is in a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the idyllic village of Richelle. You ll find a baker and a grocer within easy walking distance. The city of Visé with its shopping centre and restaurants is four kilometres away. The city of Maastricht is 21 kilometres and Liege is 15 kilometres. Both are within driving distance. The beautiful Voer region has many superb walking trails. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 125 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. -Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and towels are not included in the room rate.
