This luxurious villa lies 300 m. from the centre of Sourbrodt. near the forest. The villa is modern. luxurious. comfortable and very well maintained with many facilities. Large garden with terrace. garden furniture and a barbeque.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later (On arrival, you must pay the security deposit in cash).
-Bath towels and kitchen linen are included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own.
Please also note that:
-bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own (cost: € 8 p.p../Stay).
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: € 0,30/kWh).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: € 1/Litre).
-the water fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: € 4/m3).
-the environment fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: € 1,50 /night).

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
