This farmhouse is located 800 m from the village of Ambra and has view over the nearby countryside. This recently renovated property has been furnished with typical tuscan pieces. Country house "Il Lamone" is surrounded by trees and meadows, 30 km from the centre of Arezzo, 35 km from the centre of Siena and 60 km from the centre of Firenze.

In the house, with 2 levels, you will find an open fireplace, satellite-TV, radio, CD-player, central heating, an iron and a washing machine. The living/dining room has exit to the garden with panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Room cleaning and a cook is available on request, for an additional cost. There is motor access to the house. Parking space is available by the house.

For shared use there is grounds of 4 ha. For private use there is grounds, a large garden of 2 ha and an outdoor swimming pool, above ground, of 7 x 3 m, opened from 27-04 to 28-09. In the garden with garden furniture there is barbecue.

Within 800 m you can find several shops, restaurants, grocers and a bus stop. There is an outdoor swimming pool and tennis court in 4 km, riding stables in 5 km and the railway station of Bucine is 9 km away from the accommodation.
