Located on a small private island in Bootless Bay, Loloata Island Resort offers a restaurant, a bar and accommodation with a balcony offering sea views. Guests can enjoy snorkelling, table tennis and volleyball on-site.

Loloata Island is just 1.2km long and offers immediate access to The Papuan Barrier Reef, providing beautiful diving and hiking options. The island is accessible via a 20-minute boat transfer from Port Moresby.

The colonial-style bungalows are elevated above the beach and feature air conditioning, a private bathroom, a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities.

There is a large communal terrace with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing with a book. The tour desk books diving cruises and trips to the mainland to visit the Kokoda Track. Kayaks are also available for hire.

The restaurant serves international cuisine and regular buffet meals. The bar offers a selection of beer, wine and spirits.

Port Moresby (Jacksons International Airport) is the nearest airport. Getting to the Island involves a 15-minute car ride from the airport, followed by a 20-minute boat transfer to Loloata Island.
