Holiday Home Bellevue Altea [Апартаменты]This beautiful holiday house is tastefully furnished and has sea views from places like the pool/barbecue area, terraces , the living room and all the bedrooms. Downstairs is a very spacious and light living/dining room , kitchen, a separate toilet and washing area. The living room has direct access to pool and barbecue area, terraces and the outside shower. Separate toilet and washing area with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor (stairs inside) there is a relax room with TV and two bedrooms with two bathrooms. On the second floor you have the master bedroom with kingsize bed and bathroom with bath. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pets/dogs with you for an additional cost. The beach of La Olla and the port of Campomanus and Altea are 5-10 minutes away by car. Heated pool off-season (extra payment). Airconditioning in possible in all the bedrooms for an extra payment. There are two garages on site. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 800 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that the electricity fee of 11 EUR/night is not included in the room rate. - The fee for bringing a pet is not included in the price, there will be 50 EUR per pet/stay calculated. - Bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the price. - Gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
