This villa with private swimming pool is located in the village of Altea Hills on the Costa Blanca. The villa is nicely furnished and the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. From the living room you walk right onto the balcony, where you have view of the sea.

In the villa you will find facilities like satellite-TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, freezer and a barbecue in the garden with garden furniture. There are three or more steps at the entry. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost, pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.

The authentic fishing village of Altea is located on the coast of the Costa Blanca approx. 55 km from the city of Alicante and its airport. Altea and its historical centre is characterized by lovely squares with whitewashed cottages. It is located up on a hill and has various restaurants, bars and shops. From the old town centre hill you have a viewpoint with view of the sea.

Take a walk through Villajoyosa, with its authentic centre and coloured cottages or take the family on an exciting ride on one of the many attractions in the Terra Mitica fun park, which is only a 15 minutes drive from Altea. In the summer months, Alicante is a great ride away on the tourist train which runs between Alicante and Altea.
