This detached holiday home with private swimming pool is located in the village of Altea on the Costa Blanca. The holiday home is nicely furnished and has a spacious garden and paddle court. The nearest beach is only 1km from the home.The authentic fishing village of Altea is located on the coast of the Costa Blanca approx. 55 km from the city of Alicante and its airport. Altea and its historical centre is characterized by lovely squares with whitewashed cottages. It is located up on a hill and has various restaurants. bars and shops. From the old town centre hill you have a wonderful viewpoint with a fantastic view of the sea. In contrast to Benidorm. in Altea there are many low-rise constructions. This makes Altea a fantastic holiday destination for families with children who want to enjoy the peace and luxury of their own villa on holiday. Take a walk through Villajoyosa. with its authentic centre and coloured cottages or take the family on an exciting ride on one of the many attractions in the Terra Mitica fun park. which is only a 15 minutes drive from Altea. In the summer months. Alicante is a great ride away on the tourist train which runs between Alicante and Altea.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. Guests will have to leave a credit card number for the deposit.

Please also note that the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate from October - May and the cost is 8 EUR per night (June - September is included)

Pets are allowed (max. 1) for an additional cost of 50 EUR per stay and will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.

Miscellaneous optional charges: cot 4 EUR per night, high chair 4 EUR per night, extra cleaning 15 EUR per hour.
