The family-run Hotel Kaiservilla is a 5-minute walk both from Heiligenblut’s centre and ski area, and it features a restaurant and a wellness centre with a sauna and a steam bath. Ski storage and ski boot dryer are also on site.

Decorated in an alpine style with imperial Monarchy touches, all rooms come with free WiFi and cable TV. The private bathroom has a bath or shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer.

The restaurant on site serves a surprise menu in the evening, widely made of seasonal, regional and organic products, as well as fine wines.
