It is an original house with stone and sun-dried brick exterior walls built in the Andalucian Mudejar style on the ruins of an old Arabic house. The living-/dining room is decorated with columns and wooden panels. There is also outside carpentry in antique wood and the walls in the house are rustic painted in pastel colours.

For private use there are grounds 8000 m2 and a swimming pool (7 x 4 m, 01.04.-30.10.). Its garden is with palms, almond trees and native plants. There is a covered pergola, 35 m2, portable barbeque. terrace furniture and loungers. For shared use there is a tennis court with basketball net.

The property offers views of the valley of the town of Velez, the surrounding villages and the sea.
