The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer and dining table. A washing machine and iron is provided. There are 2 bathrooms and one of them has a jacuzzi.

There are 3 terraces, total surface 30m2, with terrace furniture and barbecue with view over the sea and castle.

The terraced house has grounds 900 m2, garden with flowers and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, 01.06.-30.09.), garden furniture, barbecue and parking by the house.

Grocers, restaurant are in 200 m, sandy beach 1 km.

Nearby attractions are castillo de Altafulla, castillo de Tamari.

Please note that the house situated opposite the Castillo de Altafulla. The lower part is occupied by a tenant, with a completely separate entrance (no access to the garden or the swimming pool, which can be used only by the guests).
