Holiday home Roget Jávea is a 6-room villa with comfortable and tasteful furnishings. It is located in the district of Costa Nova, in a sunny, elevated position in the residential district, 5 km from the sea.

The villa has a large living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV, flat screen TV and fan. From there you can exit to the garden. There are 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and bath/WC and access to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed and bath/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed and bath/WC. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave and freezer.

On the lower ground floor there is another room with 2 beds and bath/WC. A washing machine, central heating and free wireless internet is provided.

Guests can enjoy the large terrace with furniture, barbecue (portable) and deck chairs. It offers view of the sea and the resort. There is a reserved parking (fenced 4 cars) and a garage (2 cars).

For private use there is a garden 6`000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, natural garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps and tennis (1 x hard court).

Please note that there is a stepped path (15 steps) to the house.

Shop is in 5 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 800 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 5 km, bathing bay 5 km.
