The apartment can accommodate up to eight persons. In the living area you can watch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes electric hob, mini oven, microwave, refrigerator. Central heating is available. Each bedroom has double bed and bathrooms have shower or bathtub and toilet . You can relax on the covered terrace of 30m2 with garden furniture and barbeque. Parking place is available..Within 400 meters you can find several restaurants and shops. City Aguilas is 1 kilometer from the property, the distance to the sandy or stone pebble beach is 400 meters and to the airport 80 kilometers. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Novasol will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival of possible damages. - Please note that bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional cost of 10 EUR per person or bring their own. - Please note that the stated cleaning fee is the highest possible amount and may be lower. The final fee will be confirmed upon arrival. - Please note that the energy/heating costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to the consumption on departure. - Please note that there is only one parking place in the property.
