Centers (located at snow 1.275 meters) in Hohentauern and virtually on the ski lift is this detached chalet. The luxurious wooden chalet was built in 2012 new and has a cozy living room with fireplace gas stove. open kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. flat screen TV. 3 bedrooms. nice bathroom and even a washing machine. The chalet is just south-facing so you have sun all day long. From the living room and the terrace of the chalet you have a beautiful view of the mountains. the ski lift. In winter. Steiermark changes in Austria' s white heart ' with beautiful ski resorts. In summer it is known for its many lakes. hot springs. and the imposing mountain range of the Hohe Tauern. With more than 200 sunny days a year and guaranteed snow make for a perfect holiday environment for all seasons. Since being built in the area around the chalet. it can come in summer to construction noise.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that kitchen linen is not included in the room rate and bring their own.

- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of – 8 EUR p.p./stay.

- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of – 6 EUR p.p./stay.
