This charming and modern furnished holiday residence is located just near the centre of well known Hinterglemm. on the sunny side of the GlemmValley. Due to its location on a slope it has multiple terraces and a breathtaking view. The spacious living room with open kitchen has charming furnishings. In the basement. there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a lovely relaxation area with a sauna for communal use. 300 metres from the house. the winter free ski bus will whisk you to the expansive famous ski area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Nordic skiing. hiking. and sledding are also available in the direct vicinity. of course. Saalbach-Hinterglemm is also the right place in the other seasons. Many activities are organized such as walking. mountain biking. cycling. swimming or golf. and there is also a newly opened treetop path in the area.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Required to rent bed linen for an additional cost of 12 EUR p.p./stay.

- Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own.
- Bath towels are included in the price when you rent a linen package.

- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
