The Quinta consists of the accommodation of the owners, and 2 apartments for 2 persons which can be rented separately or together. The apartments are located on the ground floor. Apartment 1 (garden-site)has a living room with a small kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom and with direct access to the garden and small terrace. The second apartment has the same layout with a small but private terrace and access to the garden. In this communal garden you will find a swimming pool with separate sanitary facilities. The Quinta is located on a sloping ground with terrace formation, with one terrace being an olive grove. The view on the Serra da Estrela is beautiful and wide. The village Vale de Igreja is located at ca. 10 km from Seia. Other interesting places and attractions in the region are Linhares, Coimbra, Viseu and Guarda for example. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - Please note that the electricity fee of 5 EUR/night (Oct-Apr) is not included in the room rate. - Bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the price. - Gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
