This stately and comfortable villa is situated on 1.5ha of land in Olhão (Quelfes).

The 310m² villa contains a kitchen, living dining room, outside kitchen and patio on the ground floor and four bedrooms and four bathrooms on the first floor. There is also a guest room with an open plan kitchen, living/dining room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

There is a large 10 horse stable and an instructor on the property. For small extra fees [€20.00] you can enjoy a ride through the natural surroundings of the eastern Algarve. There is also a private swimming pool (10x5) now on the land.

The sea is 8km away from the property.
