On the ground floor there are the living- and bedrooms and the covered balcony and in the basement they find the bathroom and an area which is used by the landlord as a storage room, but is also at your childrens disposal to play indoor.

Thanks to the quiet and closed from the road location and the nearness of the forest Haus Ursula offers your peace and privacy. Remarke: This house is less suitable for disabled people.
