The home is on the edge of the small village Altlay located 7 Km from Zell and is fully equipped.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom and three bedrooms.

Behind the house there is a very large enclosed garden of about 400m2 with swing, garden furniture and children`s pool.

In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine.

There is also a cot and high chair in the house. The house is surrounded by forest where you can walk endlessly.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required to be paid to the account of the home owner, 1 week prior to your arrival. The home owner will contact you for this.

A final cleaning of 35 Euro is not included in the price and it is mandatory.
Bath towels , bed linen and kitchen linen are not included in the price, guests should bring their own.
Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
