Located on the heights of Malmedy, this luxury villa will be a pure delight for a family or three couples. Not only is the villa situated at the very heart of one of Ardens most popular touristic area, but it also can boast some great amenities. In the summer time, you will surely enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (8 meter diameter, 1.80 m depth, open from mid-may to mid-september weather permitting) as well as the large garden. And to warm you up in the winter, the sauna located in the veranda is ideal.
The owner lives in an annex of the villa and will be glad to advise you during your stay.

The villa is a good starting point for several walks or bike tours in the Ardens countryside.

A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
