This typical Ardennes campaign enjoys an exceptional location on the heights of Stoumont, at a place called Monthouet. Located in a wooded area, it offers, in addition to its large lawn, a very quiet location.

Designed by renowned architect Liège late 60s, the house has a particular geometric shape: a hexagon.
It is made of natural materials: rubble sandstone and arkose, roof cherbins (shale natural), wood.

The house offers a comfortable living space with many windows and a large bay window opening onto a large south facing terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, woods and prairie located on its side. A second terrace is equipped with a barbecue.

Located in the countryside, many walks or mountain biking can be made.
The house is also close to the ski slopes and in the spa town of Spa.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests have to bring their own.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.30 EUR/m3 is not included in the room rate.

- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 4 EUR/hour in function is not included in the room rate.

- Please note that the water fee of 3,50 EUR/m3 is not included in the room rate.
