Luxury Lodge II is a holiday home of 1200m2 located in the countryside near Stoumont.

The house has two sitting rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a games room, a storage room, two separate WC`s, a bar and ten bedrooms. This holiday home has private bathrooms in each room. Finished solid wood. a natural look and feel to match. The house accommodates 20 people.

In the garden along the banks of the Amblève is a wonderful indoor heated pool, open all year round. A pool house with shower and toilet is also available. The garden with garden furniture, barbecue, patio, trampoline and play area are private.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 1200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Please note that bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests have to rent them as an linen package for 11 EUR/Person/stay at the property. Guests should bring their own kitchen linen.
- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets/dogs with you for free. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.30 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 0.94 EUR/liter is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the water fee of 17 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the environment fee of 30 EUR/Stay is not included in the room rate.
