The studio apartment is in a residence just steps away from the beach and the dunes located in Bredene, a cozy coastal town on the Belgian coast. It is located on the first floor with a balcony, it is furnished and has TV and CD/DVD.

The accommodation is suitable for 2 persons, it has living/bed room with double sofa bed, a bathroom and an open plan kitchen with microwave and fridge freezer.

Bredene is the only coastal town where the dunes undisturbed over a seawall about slipping into the fine sand beach. You can walk and enjoy the beach in the dunes. There are many nice places to go to eat good food and enjoy a delicious dinner. If you just do not want to go to the beach then you visit the polders with their scenery, winding roads and pedestrian paths. To better explore the hinterland you can walk or bike in the cycle paths.

All year round you can enjoy numerous events in Bredene where music often be the leitmotif. But also there are street theater, guided hiking and biking tours, art happenings and shows with Flemish artists.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 125 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own (especially kitchen linen).
- Bed linen for rent per packet, 15 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels for rent, 6 EUR p.p./stay.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.28 EUR/kWH (Nov-Mar) is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure and 5 EUR/night (Apr-Oct) is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the water fee of 1 EUR/m3 is not included in the room rate and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure.
