This one bedroom apartment is suitable for two people. It has a fully functional kitchen and a sleeping loft with a double bed. You also have access to a private patio and a fenced garden with furniture.

In an oasis of peace and yet close to the center of the historic Ghent (approx. 3km). Due to the pleasant and cosy furnishing, you will feel completely at home. An ideal starting point to discover the beautiful town of Ghent, but also central enough to visit art cities. The house is located next to the "Pére Lachaise" of Ghent, where there are various big artists and next to the Gallery of Etienne Dewulf.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- A final cleaning is included in the price.

- Bed, kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.

- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- Please note that the environment fee of 6 EUR / night is not included in the room rate.
