"The Landlord Rooms" was restored in 2011, old farmhouse. To maintain the characteristic image had to stay in 2011 the authentic form of the farm preserved in the restoration.

The property has on the ground floor the living / dining room, separate kitchen and a spacious bedroom with adjoining bathroom which also has a separate entrance from the main hall. Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms.

You will have a beautiful view over the countryside. "The Landlord Rooms" is located near extensive nature with many walking and cycling routes in the heart of the Achterhoek.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 180 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.It needs to be pais one week before the arrival. The home owner will contact with you in this case.

- Bed, kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the price.

- Electricity, water, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
