Het Kleine Huis ***This detached holiday home in the North-Holland town of Schagen. The House is in a quiet, old street in the city center and has a secluded garden. The House is in the yard of the home owner. The living room has TV radio and decorative fireplace, kitchen is equipped in a oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, there are two bedrooms; one is with one double bed the second has two double beds. In the house is internet access. Garden and its furnitures are to your disposal. The house only for non smokers. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. - Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 10 EUR p.p./stay. - Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 6 EUR p.p./stay. - Kitchen linen are included in the price. - Electricity, water, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
