t Zeepaardje ***This holiday home is located on the Nieuw-Zeeland country estate in the municipality of Middelharnis, on the Goeree-Overflakkee island. The South Holland islands are an area with incredible views. Water, beach, dunes, forests and polders; peace and quiet, open spaces, all in an area of historic towns and villages characteristic of this part of the Netherlands. Middelharnis is the largest town of the island and has a nice, quaint town centre. A visit to the Rien Poortvliet Museum is highly recommended. The home has a spacious garden area and, in addition, a beautiful location on an inland waterway. Near the home you will also find the Haringvliet, a small sandy beach. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. - A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price. - Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 7 EUR p.p./stay. - Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate.
