De Esdoorn ***Located on a small holiday park in Zonnemaire, the 86 m2 three-bedroom holiday home De Esdoorn has internet access (WiFi) and central heating and it accommodates up to six people. The apartment is on two levels, on the ground floor are the living/dining room with TV and DVD player, an open plan kitchen with combi microwave and dishwasher and a toilet and utility room for the washing machine and tumble dyer. On the top floor are three bedroom and a bathroom and a toilet. Outside you find a patio and a garden with garden furniture. Parking is also available. The location is a nice place for families and young elderly who enjoy hiking, biking, nature and good food. The Grevelingenmeer can be reached within 5 minutes, the North Sea beach is within 15 minutes driving. Restaurants are just within 200 m. Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email. -A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. - Kitchen linen is included in the price (when you rent a linen package). - Bed linen for rent, 8 EUR p.p./stay. - Bath towels for rent, 5.50 EUR p.p./stay. - Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
