Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests are required to rent them at the property ,bed linen is available for an additional cost of 7.5 EUR p.p./stay, bath towels for 3.50 EUR p.p./stay.

Please note that the electricity fee of 5 EUR/night and gas fee Oct - Apr 7,50 EUR /night; May - Sep: 5 EUR /night is not included in the room rate.
