This house in Eersel is situated in the countryside, on holiday park in the south of Holland.

On the ground floor there is a hall, two-single bed bedroom with bathroom and additional bathroom with bath and shower.
On the first floor is the kitchen with: oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. In the living room Tv, DVD and fireplace are to your disposal. In the second bedroom you will have 2x single beds and in the loft double sofa bed.
All house has central heating, garden with its furnitures.

You will share with the other guests the swimming pool, tennis court and a play area.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bath towels and kitchen linen are not included in a rental price, guests should bring their own.

- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 6.50 EUR p.p./stay.

- Electricity, water, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
